Template notice: this is a generic starting point, not legal advice. Have a lawyer review it — especially the data-retention and grievance-officer sections required under India's DPDP Act 2023 — before relying on it in production.

Basic usage countsEnforcing plan limits

2. How we use it

Solely to operate the Service: running the scans/tools you request, billing your subscription, and — if you opt in — sending you account emails (e.g. password reset). We do not sell your data.

3. Third parties

We share the minimum necessary data with: Groq (page content you ask us to analyze, for AI suggestions), Razorpay (billing details, for payment processing), and Google (only if you connect Search Console — we only request read-only access via the webmasters.readonly scope).

4. Data retention

Scan history and account data are kept while your account is active. Deleting your account (via Account Settings) removes your login, subscription, and connected-Google-account records.

5. Security

Passwords are hashed (bcrypt), Google OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest, and traffic runs over HTTPS in production. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your account data at any time, or reach out via Contact with any privacy request.

7. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use third-party tracking/advertising cookies.
